Our client is a wellknown Germany MNCs with strong business in China. Now they are looking for a IT Infra & Network Engineer, To design, architect, implement and operate secure, scalable cloud, infrastructure and network services across Azure and hybrid environments. The role is the senior technical authority within the engineering function, combining hands-on delivery with architecture, technical assurance, complex problem solving and mentoring. It does not carry formal people management accountability.

• • Own infrastructure and network solutions from requirements and architecture through to hands-on implementation, transition into service and continual improvement.
  • Define and implement target architectures, technical standards, design patterns and roadmaps for Azure, Microsoft 365, network and hybrid infrastructure services.
  • Produce and assure high-level designs, low-level designs, implementation plans, test plans, rollback plans, support models and operational documentation.
  • Lead the technical delivery of complex cloud migrations, infrastructure modernisation, network transformation, Infrastructure information security improvements and service improvement initiatives.
  • Provide design authority and technical assurance, challenging solutions that introduce unacceptable security, resilience, supportability, performance or cost risk.

• 1) Senior Engineering, Architecture & Delivery
  • Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure, Network, or Operations Engineer with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, manage resources, and deliver against deadlines.Demonstrable experience creating and assuring architecture, high-level designs and low-level designs, and taking solutions through hands-on implementation.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives and business requirements into technical roadmaps, standards and deliverable engineering work.
  • Experience leading technically complex migrations, transformations and service
  improvements.
  2) Cloud & Platform Engineering
  • Experience designing and managing Azure-based infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or equivalent) and CI/CD practices.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
  • Scripting capability in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Experience leading cloud migration and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience applying the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework or equivalent architectural principles.
  3) Networking & Security
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and standards (e.g. LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Advanced experience managing Azure networking (VNet, DNS, Load Balancer, NSGs, ExpressRoute, Gateways).
  • Experience designing and implementing secure network solutions aligned to Zero Trust and defence-in-depth principles.
  • Advanced understanding of vulnerability management, patching, secure configuration, privileged access, logging and monitoring.
  • Ability to lead technical investigation and recovery for major service incidents and cyber
  security incidents. Practical understanding of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR and CIS and how infrastructure operations contribute to an effective Information Security Management System.
  • Experience supporting audits, risk treatment, corrective actions and evidence-based continual improvement.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical risk assessment capability.
  4) Operations & Service Management
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience operating within ITIL-aligned service management frameworks and providing senior technical leadership during major incidents.
  • Experience with change, problem, asset, configuration, capacity, availability and continuity management practices.
  • Ability to define operational controls, service acceptance criteria, monitoring requirements and recovery arrangements for new solutions.
