• Support smooth delivery of the company priority program by keeping the team’s
  roadmap aligned to agreed priorities, coordinating quarter-by-quarter milestones and
  dependencies, and helping the teams reach their targets.
  ● Work with stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into prioritized development
  requirements.
  ● Support ideation, prioritization, backlog management, and customer-feedback processes
  in line with company priorities; capture post-mortem learnings and use them to improve
  delivery.
  ● Coordinate delivery of new features, systems, and services from planning through
  launch, keeping internal customers and relevant stakeholders aligned on readiness,
  dependencies, and intended outcomes.
  ● Define, track, and improve key business and service success metrics, and report the
  team’s progress and impact transparently.
  ● Use data to inform team priorities and decision-making.
  ● Represent the needs of the team’s customers and stakeholders, and keep the team, and
  wider business up to date on progress.

任职要求

• 3+ years of experience in Technology Product Management.
  ● Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  ● Self-motivated, takes ownership, and adapts to changing priorities.
  ● Committed to providing our customers and partners with an outstanding experience.
  ● Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and communicate with
  business audiences at all levels.
  ● Commercially aware and strategically minded, with the ability to identify business
  opportunities and deliver against them.
  ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure issues and
  analyze alternative solutions.
  ● Ability to define, interpret, and communicate meaningful business and service success
  metrics.
  ● Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on technical trade-offs, risks,
  dependencies, and quality considerations.
  ● Fluent in written and spoken English.
