任职要求

• Required
  Strong Node.js / TypeScript backend experience. Proven track record of owning production services end-to-end — not just shipping features to spec.
  Full-stack capable. Backend-focused but comfortable picking up React front-end work when needed.
  Solid API design skills. Familiar with auth patterns (OAuth, etc.) and production debugging.
  Familiar with observability — logging, tracing, metrics. OpenTelemetry or similar is a plus.
  Conceptual understanding of LLM Agent systems: tool calling, context windows, streaming, non-determinism. Able to make sound architectural calls. No ML/model training background needed.
  Comfortable with ambiguity. Small team — you'll often decide how to build things, not just execute a spec.
