• This role will act as Durham University’s most senior in-country representative in Wuhan, bridging strategic partnership management and day-to-day learning and teaching operations. Key responsibilities are as follows:
  
  1. Partnership Management
   Maintain and develop relationships with partner institutions
   Monitor partnership performance and policy developments
  
  2. Education Operations & Student Experience
   Support student lifecycle and academic delivery activities
   Act as a key contact for students and staff
  
  3. Recruitment & Market Engagement
   Support recruitment strategy and engage with prospective students
   Provide market intelligence and insights
  
  4. Stakeholder Engagement
   Engage with universities, government and external partners
   Support delegation visits and partnership initiatives

任职要求

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, international education background is desired
   Native Mandarin fluency and professional English proficiency
   Minimum 5 years’ experience in higher education partnership management
   Understanding of UK higher education systems
   Willingness to travel within China and the UK
   Advanced stakeholder and project management skills, and strong analytical and organizational skills
   Experience in transnational education, and/or student support, and/or family outreach
