我们的客户是一家外资的广告公司，显搭建中国广州的团队，招聘Head of Account Management负责整个Account端的管理。

职位描述

• Partner with the internal team and partners to drive integrated solutions.
  Provide regular reporting and optimization reports to continually enhance client’s programs.
  Overseeing the quality of work that gets delivered to the client.
  Talent development by managing the junior team members and be responsible for their delivery & quality of work.
  Client liaison and relationship development.

任职要求

• Solid 5-7 years and more experience working in digital marketing agency or media agency to serve FMCG and Auto clients.
  Good understanding of all performance-driven media tactics (SEM/Feed/Display), especially in programmatic-buy .
  Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  Consistently exhibit natural curiosity and dynamism.
  Effectively work collaboratively.
  Innate ability to respectfully challenge the status quo.
  Excellent communication skills and experience working across large media budgets.
  Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
