  • Key Responsibilities

    Ecom paid media 40%:
    E-com omni channel paid media strategy: Co-work with ISV and channels, tracking/optimizing in-site paid media touchpoints’ efficiency in daily work, as well as out-site investment like hero SKU seeding, to generate wholistic view of channel P&L.

    Content seeding 30%
    See KFS seeding strategy of hero products like product content angles, KOL selection, paid ads, responsible for its social media KPI and Ecom in-site conversion tracking.

    management 30% :Category team/media planning/COE/Polaris management
    1. PO process management (from placing to receiving, evaluation of supporting document)
    2. Vendor budget tracking, Work closely with cross functions to monthly consolidate and track

任职要求

  • 1. Over 3 years’ working experience, experience in Ecom (Especially Tmall, Tiktok paid media) is a must, TP company/ISV agency background is also acceptable
    2. Good communication skills for internal stakeholders
    3. Good analytical skills and ability to give data-driven insights
