You are responsible for developing buy plans, optimizing inventory levels and projecting supply based on
varying demand. This role includes utilizing data to help drive decisions, ensuring processes are in place
to meet KPIs and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will engage cross functionally with
Finance, Technology, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations and Business/Commercial teams to
ensure integrated planning for your businesses.
Develop and manage statistical, promotion, and total forecasts that factor in growth plans,
historical demand, and product trends.
Work with Sales, Commercial, and Planning teams to merge and interpret supply chain
data (e.g. orders, shipments) and other marketing, customer, promotional, and market
intelligence demand signals.
Use KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy and conformance to plan in dollars and units to
monitor overall forecast performance.
Analyze forecast accuracy (base and promotional). Reconcile exceptions, identify causal factors,
and tune forecasts accordingly. Maintain key metrics against goals for forecast accuracy and
performance report.
Manage new demand forecasting units and new product introduction processes. Support new
product and promotional planning with the goal of aligning our marketing and finance forecasts
with those from planning.
Provide selling insights to help inform sales and commercial teams
Work closely with our data and CRM teams to incorporate key customer insights into our
forecasting capabilities
Identify areas of risk and opportunity for our B2B business, working to reconcile our forecast
with finance and clearly communicate issues or opportunities as they arise
Support company and brand initiatives and goal
任职要求
-
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related quantitative disciplines
8+ years of progressive relevant planning experience. Consumer Products experience preferred.
Advanced skills in Excel
Core strength in planning concepts, principles, and best practices
Intermediate SQL skills is preferred, and Excel proficiency is required
