• 1. 根 据项目需求，组建项目团队，召开项目启动会，确定项目时间安排、里程碑、人员配置和项目预算。

  2. 对接客户 ，协同 解决项目执行期间的资源及技术问题。

  3. 主导项目管理工作，明确项目目标与范围，控制项目风险，保证项目顺利进行。

  4. 组织试模以及产品验证，确保项目资料及时更新、准时提交 。

任职要求

• - 了解 APQ P,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC 五大工具
  Knowledge about
  APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC
  - 教育背景 工程类或相关学士学位或以上。
  E
  ducational background: bachelor degree or above in engineering or related.
  - 培训经历 在制造 、 项目管理 接受过培训 。
  Training
  be traine d in manufacturing, project management.
  - 经 验 有 5 8 年汽车行业 工作经验 3 年项目管理经验。有博世，大陆，海拉项目经验优先。
  Experience
  : Have 5 8 years working experience in automobile industry 3 years project management
  experience, especially with project to Bosch, Continental and Hella will be preferred.
  - 技能技巧 有塑料模具方面的相关经验 对注塑行业有很深刻的了解。能够 分析过程，独立做出决定。能够
  很好的在书面语和口语方面进行交流，能够在专业水平上与和同事，客户，管理层沟通和联系。
  Skill: Have experience in plastic mold and have a deep understanding of the injection molding industry.
  Able to analyze processes and make decisions independently. Be able to communicate well in writ ten
  and spoken language, and be able to contact with colleagues, customers, and management at a
  professional level.
