• 1. Strategic Sourcing
   Develop and implement global sourcing strategies that achieve cost, quality, supplier diversification, and sustainability goals
   Support supply chain creation for new regional facilities and material requirements
   Lead RFQs, supplier benchmarking, and new supplier evaluation activities
   Provide material price guidance and market intelligence to the leadership team
   Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
   Act as the liaison to engineering, sales, and procurement category managers
  2. Supplier Management
   Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance and partnership
   Monitor supplier compliance with performance standards and regulatory requirements
   Own and enhance the new supplier approval process in collaboration with global sourcing lead and procurement category managers
  3. R&D
   In collaboration with Sales and Engineering, actively research new technologies that drive sustainability, labor, and/or cost improvements

任职要求

•  5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably focused in crating or packaging industries (wood, metal, plastic, corrugated, cases, foam)
   Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
   Strong supplier relationship management skills
   Track record of successful cost reduction, risk management, and supplier diversification initiatives
   Proficiency in procurement tools (ERP, Ariba, etc.) and data analysis
   Strong organizational skills and innovative approach to problem solving
   Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
