• 【Brief description】
  The core mission of this position is research of color and materials, including market research, material trend analyzing, new materials innovation and development, push the application of the new materials, and build the material lab.
  Collaborate with the related materials supplies, committed to create the new color and materials application to the new vehicles.
  
  【Key tasks】
  1.Trend research using the Internet, auto show, material show event resources, to analyze the trend and create research report regularly
  2.Design and develop new materials with suppliers, collect the materials samples and parts, share the knowledge of the technical requirement.
  Including: Body colors, paiting, interior trim color, fabric, leather, PU, PVC, Painting, Grains, Patterns... or related materials.
  Support development steps in projects and preparation of the necessary design documents.
  3.As part of the product development process, push new material application, all milestones set for his area of responsibility must be achieved on time in terms of project and customer request, Participation in project and working groups, preparation of decision documents. Coordination of design with other specialist departments and take into account all relevant work results of other departments.
  4.Build the materials lab, design, develop, analyze and evaluate possible solutions for the lab.
  5.Represent the area within the group, actively participating in the design, developments, experiences and exchange of knowledge and technologies.
  6.Support of engineering offices and suppliers,putting at their disposal the knowledge and experience both in their own area and in areas related to their responsibility
  7.Work results must be structured from the point of view of customer orientation.
  8.Regarding Design Functional Development, achievement of the project requirements and coordination with another development and other companies of the Group

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  1.Bachelor in Graphic design, product design, artist design or similar
  2.5 years Color & Trim (CMF) working experience
  3.Experienced knowledge of automotive in exterior and interior color and material design, research capacity, and designed powerpoint capacity. Computer operation ability, color, texture, light performance ability, as well as knowledge of graphics, strong hands-on ability, no color blindness, color weakness.
  4.Fluently in English. German.
