职位描述

• Focus on the area of Change Management:
  • Effectively manage the portfolio of changes to product configuration, product design and manufacturing process, supply chain design change etc.
  • Project management per assigned change projects and ensure that all aspects of the projects are co-ordinated and managed on behalf of the Project Owner
  • Ownership of the development and maintenance of the BAT change management system
  • Roll out KPI’s and metrics associated to the change process and continuously drive value-add improvements to process
  More specifically in regards of change management:
  
  Change Request Process
   Coordinate and collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders including R&D, Manufacturing Process Development (MPD), Quality, Supply Chain Operation, Procurement etc. for feasibility study (Plan, Risk, Business Case and Scope).
   Collaborate with Innovation Project Management (IPM) team or relevant project manager, to ascertain system audit trail of progress.
   Align with key business stakeholders the appropriate governance steps required to execute change
   Present at CRB or relevant forums, the required justification for request approval, including risk, cost and any conflict with other change projects or product strategy prior to CAPEX/OPEX investment
  Change Execution Process
   Lead multifunctional team on the change project development/qualification against aligned scope, until successfully implement of the change scope per target timeline.
  o Assure confirmation from Change Portfolio Manager that appropriate governance has been executed for change project
  o Ensure that relevant technical approval has been conducted prior to ECN approval and closure;
  o Ensure all relevant stakeholders including marketing/End Markets (EM) have been well communicated and implementation plan well aligned among multiple stakeholders (marketing / EM; Supply Chain Operation; Procurement etc.) to enable smooth conversion.
  o Budget/spending consolidation & tracking.
  o Lead/coordinate any tasks along the change projects execution process.
  o Ensure relevant PMTA (Pre-Market Tobacco Product Application) supporting activities are established and complied with conducting feasibility reviews to ensure that project plans are achievable and aligned to business operational plans

• Experience Required
  
  • Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management experience in FMCG Supply Chain (5+ years)
  • Strong project management skills, preferably in electronical consumable industry (3+ years)
  
  Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
  • Strong discipline, timeline management capability.
  • Solid experience in product life cycle project management or change management in consumable industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to influence stakeholders across the commercial and operational business including suppliers;
  • Strong capability of conflict solving; can drive progress under ambiguity.
  • Good attention to detail is required together with the ability to plan and manage activity interdependently across a large number of workstreams.
  • Fluent in English communication both written & verbal.
