职位描述

• Leading of manufacture engineering team: industrial engineering, technical injection molding, mold maintenance, equipment maintenance.
  - Corporate with cross functions achieve target based on company strategy.
  - Cooperate in new product development.
  - Perform a continuous improvement on existing processes and production means to meet customer demands and continuous improvement on develop techniques and products.
  - Create and monitor the progress plan efficiency
  - Performing onsite checks and calculations, like time study, OEE, efficiency, etc..
  - Present and define improvement proposals to the management
  - Support sourcing team in the nomination and negotiation process
  - Permanent market research
  - Strong cooperation with the global and local project team

任职要求

• - Technical specification of the manufacture equipment
  - Familiar with basic manufacturing tools and lean management.
  - Good process and results driven for the production team
  - Handling the mold's qualification process acc. to WEBER standards
  - High sense of responsibly, energetic, excellent self and fast learner ability, mature & stable
  - Have excellent logical thinking and time management ability, know important tasks and how to handle
  - Strong communication, organization, coordination ability and high spirit of teamwork
  - Specific qualification e. g. Bachelor degree of engineering in industry engineering and mechanical manufacture technology with professional knowledge or similar training, 10 years working experience in industry engineering with 3 years leading/manager role
  - Excellent written and oral English language skills required
