职位描述

  • • Business management, risk management and operative management of the department
    o Strategy development and execution
    o Profit and loss responsibility of the department
    o Development of the department and company profitability
    o Budgeting, checking invoicing and tracking receivables.
    • Customer relationship management
    o Ensuring the quality of customer service
    o Processing customer feedback and deviations of the department and communicating in an active way to ensure information flow inside the whole Group.
    • Managing the own process
    o Ensuring competency as well as organization culture development in an active way leading and setting example by 110% commitment to the customers, team, management, and owners.
    o Management of the process from beginning to end and the responsibility of implementation of the process and procedures.
    o Responsibility of the documentation of own process (chart, instructions, detailed work instructions up to date)
    o Coaching the team and new employees to the procedures of the process
    o Co-operation with other PO’s: screening the effects of own process to the other processes and vice versa and informing others when finding problems.
    o Ensure the transparency and information of own process to the others (team, owners of the main processes, other interest groups)
    • Reporting
    o Monthly reporting (KPI’s) in Management Team, analyzing the reports and responsibility of needed actions.
    o Reporting the status of the process and status of improvements monthly in Quality Steering Group and in Management System Reviews.
    • Development and improvement of the own process
    o Reviewing the input received from Quality Objects (from internal and external stakeholders), Improvement list (risk assessment, internal and external audits, Management System Reviews) and KPI’s.
    o Responsibility of agreed improvement actions while considering priority of the targets and needs of the organization.
    o Assessment of the effects of the change.
    o Involving other PO’s, teams and experts of the improvement process and informing relevant stakeholders of the actions.
    o Responsibility of documentation of the changes.
    o Reporting the solutions of the improvement action to M-files (Quality Objects).
    • Management and leadership of the department
    o Resource allocation and recruiting, active management of external resources.
    o Management of the employment lifecycle.
    o Responsibility of the orientation of the new employees.
    o Personnel communication (informing, team/ department meetings, personal discussions, early support, difficult situations).
    o Sharing topical information and e.g. MT decisions to the team.
    o Target and development discussions
    o Performance and workload management
    o Working and flex time management of the employees
    o Competence development and management
    o Ensuring development of the department related software and tools in an efficient way by utilizing the corporate IT structure.
    o Wellbeing management.
    • Responsibility of organizational culture
    o Highlight and visualize the values, practices and working methods of the company in daily communication.
    o Ensuring the team operates in accordance with consistent practices.
    o Implementation of the agreed management style of the company.
    o Promote the positive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    o Promote cooperation between the other PO’s, departments, and persons.
    o Promote the appreciation of people, teams, and departments.
    o Promote the appreciation of suppliers and supplier cooperation.
    o Promote common targets and organizational needs.

任职要求

  • • Master’s degree in engineering.
    • 5+ years plant, general or equal management experience in related industry with proven track record in leading a multi-functional organization to achieve profit and operations goals.
    • Lean 6 sigma manufacturing principles.
    • Experience of tailored series production.
    • Experience with implementing the principles of lean manufacturing in a similar environment.
    • Substantial working experience in director position with profit and loss responsibility.
    • Relevant experience in own field (e.g. production management).
    • Clean track record in terms of performance and people management and development.
