职位描述

• • 1 Returnable package management to reduce one-way package usage and enhance the turnover of racks. 周转包装管理，降低一次性包装使用、提升周转包装的周转率。
  • 2 Transportation arrangement to ensure on-time delivery and enhancement of trucks loading efficiency.合理运输安排，保证按时交付的前提下，提升卡车装载率。
  • 3 In cooperation with colleagues to ensure the fulfillment of the yearly CIP target.和同事一起，确保年度降本目标的达成。
  • 4 Monitor forwarders performance rating and improvement of their performance. 监控货代交付绩效，帮忙货代提升。
  • 5 Inbound logistics issues（package and transportation） follow up, ensure the smooth of inbound operation and push suppliers and forwarders to enhance, ensure the claim completed according to Rhenus Automotive logistics requirements. 及时处理入厂物流(含包装和运输)异常，保证入厂物流操作的顺利进行，针对入厂物流问题，推进货代和供应商改善并按照公司要求完成索赔。
  • 6 Monthly billing checking and analysis not only ensure transparency but also can improve report through advanced data analysis skills. 月度账单审核和分析，不仅能满足公司透明度要求，同时需要具备强大的数据分析能力制作不同的报表，通过宏等工具提升报表的效率。
  • 7 Emergency and escalation management if necessary. 必要时进行风险管理和升级管理。

任职要求

• • 1 At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics filed such as transportation and package in automotive industry. 至少汽车行业3年运输管理和包装管理等物流相关工作经验。
  • 2 Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or other majors, logistics major is preferred.本科以上学历，工商管理或者其他专业，物流专业是一个加分项。
  • 3 Goal-oriented,team player，ready to take responsibility, think entrepreneurial and convince with assertiveness.以目标为导向，有团队意识，主动承担责任，有大局观和说服力。
  • 4 Sound knowledge of Value Stream Lean Management.有丰富的精益改善思维，以价值为导向，。
  • 5 Strong communication skills and be able to win others over to your ideas. 具备高效沟通能力，能让对方接受你的观点。
  • 6 Work independently, recognize optimization potentials and implement them on your own.独立工作，能发现改善点并落实改善方案。
  • 7 Language: Native Chinese, very good in English (not exactly fluent)语言要求：普通话标准，英语精通（不只是流利）。
