• HW Module Release Specialist
  
  【Brief description of the position】
  Supporting to ensure the squeak & rattle of every project going well according to project plan. Acting as module responsible person to find clapping problems, define clapping measures and verify the measures through virtual method. Provide simulation report at project stage. Acting as coordinator to exchange information /align opinions/ project manager between different departments.
  
  【Key Tasks】
  Squeak & rattle AWS negotiation with WOB
  Squeak & rattle plan of each project
  To do DMU checking and Clapping simulation according to the project stage.
  To define and verify clapping measures through virtual method
  To support the solving of physical vehicle clapping and function problems
  To build the squeak&rattle process
  To track and push FB to apply the measures
  To exchange the report and information about clapping and function problems with WOB

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  At least University Degree (Bachelor), major is NVH, FEM simulation or vehicle engineering related.
  Professional experience of FEM simulation is mandatory, experience of Pancras software and DMU checking is preferred. Understanding of automotive processes and procedures.
  Structured and organized way of working
  Team working and good technical communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  Good project management skills or experience
  Strong personal initiative / intrinsic motivation in order to meet objectives of the department.
  Considerate, flexible & attentive to detail.
