主要职责:
1.采购、建立、管理并与供应商和制造商保持牢固的关系;能够有效控制供应商或项目的实施;
2.协商合同、条款和条件,以确保对组织有利的条件;通过有效的谈判、批量采购和战略供应商合作伙伴关系优化成本;
3.收集和整合市场信息,供应侧资源开发,完成采购战略规划;监控市场趋势并进行成本分析,以确定降低成本的机会。
4.供应商动态评估,包括但不限于:改善现有供应商库、开发新供应商、评估供应商、认证供应商绩效管理、发展供应商关系;
5.负责监督合同的执行和交货验收,并能处理异常问题;确保遵守合同协议并重新
任职要求
-
1. Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;
2. Have experience sourcing equipment from China to the United States; 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or vendor management experience;
3. Have relatively experience working with Chinese suppliers; Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams (Industrial Engineering team or Operations team);
4. Good at problem identification and problem solving, excellent business negotiation ability, organizational coordination ability and flexible communication ability;
5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.
6. Ability to travel up to 50%
