职位描述

• 1. Execute comprehensive engineering analysis throughout all project phases, from inception and conceptual stages to resolving complex integration issues, within product and technology development initiatives.
  2. Accelerate project teams' concept evaluation, development, and technology incorporation by delivering targeted simulation support.
  3. Harness insights from engineering simulations to innovate and enrich the company's pipeline of new concepts and solutions.
  4. Actively contribute to the establishment of best practices and quality assurance protocols within the team.
  5. Progressively enhance modeling and simulation proficiencies, adhering to the designated simulation roadmap.
  6. Conduct routine communications and deliver detailed updates on project statuses via reports and presentations to both the immediate team and departmental leadership.
  7. Foster productive collaborations with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  8. Engage in safeguarding innovation by facilitating intellectual property protection, working in partnership with the legal department for patent filing and exploration efforts.

任职要求

• Core Experience and Skills:
  1. Demonstrated ability in applying modeling and simulation methods (such as FEM, CFD) to address engineering challenges, preferably with 2-3 years of industry experience, preferably within a product/device development context.
  2. Proficient use of CAD tools to construct precise and sophisticated models for engineering analyses.
  3. Robust knowledge of engineering fundamentals, principles, and theoretical frameworks.
  4. Autonomous execution of simulation setups, processing, and post-analysis tasks.
  5. Valued experience in multi-physical problem modeling including aspects of thermal, chemical, aerosol, and multiphase dynamics.
  6. Considerable familiarity with empirical methods for measuring flow, temperature, and aerosol properties.
  7. Competence in data analysis and visualization with tools like MATLAB, Python, or Minitab is desirable.
  8. Strong operational proficiency with MS Office suite.
  
  Technical, Functional, and Leadership Aptitudes:
  1. Effective collaboration within global, cross-functional teams including internal and external partners.
  2. Advanced communication and presentation capabilities, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  3. Foundational understanding of project management principles and the capacity to self-regulate project assignments, workloads, and priority setting.
  
  Required Education and Credentials:
  1. At least a Master's degree in a pertinent field such as mathematics, structural engineering, hydraulics, aerospace, chemical, electronics/electromagnetics, physics, etc.
  2. A PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred and will be seen as an added advantage.
  3. Demonstrable history of academic research excellence.
