• Brief description of the position:
  Technical specialist for the development of VCU software up to series production for various drive train concepts and functions for CEA project. Within the scope of calibration/functional development tasks in China for China. Position consists flexible tasks due to quick development time in an agile system engineering environment with complex requirements after incorporation / on job training.
  
  Key Tasks:
  Lead responsibility for coordination and communication of VCU software requirements for BEV projects regarding the drivetrain functions. Responsibility for the collection and creation of the requirements (e.g. from strategy, customer, cost, schedule, ...) and transfer into a framework to achieve full transparence of the demands for the technical specialists.
  Lead responsibility for interface actions from drivetrain-function project side to all other involved parties. Key interface between the German headquarters other R&D entities as well as 3rd parties including support at negotiation of detailed job splits of the respective work packages, collection and appraisal of results and alignment of tasks and schedules, when necessary, in order to meet project goals).
  Maximize synergies of BEV drivetrain function activities of VW-Group in region China (strategic planning, steering and documenting, harmonizing and optimizing of (test) resources).
  Ensure all project related goals by self responsibly developing a solution in order to meet current and future requirements.
  Developing, proposing and coordinating the resulting possible requirements and solutions (e.g. calibration content, functional requirements/specification, release recommendations, documentation – all according to process requirements), including implementing and coordinating the defined solutions and following up on their implementation.
  Technical Supervision (Conduct and supervise testing and measurement during test drives (cold, heat, height etc.) to ensure the project related targets of timeline and costs.).
  Elaboration of suggestions regarding outsourcing of development tasks to third parties and coordination as well as manage third party efforts.
  General project management tasks regarding given role descriptions, Procurement of the information and literature required for the field of work, gathering of work specific requirements (market, costs, strategy, regulatory, technical, customer, quality …) to support the ongoing work and to stimulate further developments, as well as patent protection of the work results.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aviational engineering other related fields.
  No limit of working experience.
  Understanding of automotive processes and in particular in vehicle development. High motivation. Familiar with BEV systems. Basic knowledge of calibration. Familiarity with calibration tools (e.g. INCA, MDA, CANoe, CANape, DiagRA, etc.) is beneficial.
  Good driving skills, level-C or higher driving license is needed. Volkswagen proving ground driving license is preferred.
  Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is beneficial.
