• 【Key tasks】:
  Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables and develop comprehensive project timeline.
  Lead project teams, providing guidance, clear direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle; negotiate for necessary resources.
  Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and address issues, potential risk or bottlenecks proactively to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
  Establish project reporting mechanisms and conduct regular project reviews to assess alignment with strategic objectives and make necessary adjustments.
  Manage budgets associated with strategic projects, evaluate business cases for strategic decisions, and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively to support project objectives.
