• 【Rangeof responsibility】
  - This position holds the responsibility for the new carline project with selected purchased heavy items and partial of non-heavy items.
  
  【Key tasks】
  1.Coordinate and lead QTR meetings to support the selection of qualified suppliers in cooperation with other related departments.
  2.Participate and support the supplier process and products quality audit activities..
  3.Coordinate and lead Commitment meetings to:
  - Check the timeline, evaluate the plausibility.
  - Find out the potential improvement and implementation with suppliers.
  - Fix a timeline and milestone readiness for products.
  4.Check the project schedule regularly, and optimize of the project in different phases to ensure supplier production readiness according to the defined milestone.
  - Checking their plausibility and optimization accordingly based on the critical aspects.
  - For solid products, to analyze supplier’s manufacture feasibility by checking the localization, developing,tooling, storage and production processes at supplier site.
  5.Ensuring the supplier production line capacity.
  - Evaluation and securing of supplier’s capacity in different project milestone for SOP.
  - Confirming series capacity bottleneck, and support in finding measures for improvement
  - Responsible for the series production readiness Precheck (SFN1) and Performance check (SFN3), including scheduling, coordinating, conducting and evaluating and documentation.
  6.Coordination with the QA, R&D, and Logistics for Quantity and Demands of OTS and EM parts, or software prototypings.
  7.Implement milestone check visit and report the project status. Preparing and presentation of the project status in different committee and escalation meeting.
  8.In Charge of professional know-how exchange and build up local competent team in area KTM and self-development
  - Responsible for the professional development of the team members by identifying qualification needs and providing personal qualification measures in area KTM.
  - Self-development to be accredited VW-Auditor according to the company’s strategy to build up local competence.
  9.Support function and ad-hoc
  - Support the supplier rating activities;
  - Support KTM manager on strategy-development, organization-development and optimization.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  - Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT or similar;
  - Profound knowledge on programming languages like (C#, Java, etc.), and experienced in software development;
  - Good knowledge of vehicle communication architectures, and related standard;
  - Knowledge of modern scripting languages like (PowerShell, Go, Python, Rust, Scala etc.) is a plus;
  - Project management certificate (PMP or similar) is a plus;
  - Fluent in oral & writing English;
  - Excellent in Microsoft office;
  - Target oriented work attitude with willingness to learn and taking responsibility;
  - Structured thinking; Team spirit; Communication skills; Conflict management ability; Travelling willingness
