• Your Responsibilities:
  
  Create, manage and steer testing and validation processes for the L2 driver assistance development projects.
  Create and manage necessary documents, requirements and plans. Align these with relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
  Align the test and validation strategy with the testing activities. Standardize methods and actively pursue continuous improvements.
  Plan, participate and validate tests with vehicles, HILs and SILs in order to ensure the function release
  Plan and manage modification of vehicles, HILs and SILs with workshops and other stakeholder

任职要求

• Required Qualification:
  
  Education: Bachelor degree or above
  Work Experience (3+ years of automotive engineering experience, 2+ years in ADAS / HAD development field especially for testing (or similar))
  Knowledge, skills and abilities
  Highly structured, analytical and self-organized, -motivated
  Excellent capabilities in communication and team work
  Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks
  Experience of studying / working abroad as a plus
  Language skills:
  Excellent language skills in English (written and verbal) mandatory
  Chinese language skills
  German language skills as a plus
