职位描述

• To carry out the preparation activities on testing vehicle as requested from EG department or other areas of R&D
  To perform the operation activities on chassis dynamometers or relevant test benches in powertrain workshop
  To align and draw up the testing scope, time plan, testing proposal with clients related to powertrain workshop through the Work Order
  To record and analyze the testing data, write the operation report as requested.
  To participate in powertrain activities on vehicle from areas of R&D and to support them as requested
  To support the power cutoff activities from vehicles as requested to ensure the safety of the vehicles in which any work was done.
  To conduct the technician to exchange the HV components or powertrain components on vehicles as requested
  To draw up instructions of existing equipment related to powertrain workshop and specification/RFQ for planned investments.
  To propose improvements in the technical equipment, work methods, test procedures, among others. To propose alternatives when problems are founded.
  To inform and escalate deviations in processes, methods, about failures or any other action which represents a risk of compliance or safety.

• • To perform activities requested after a clear agreement with the client and understanding about the scope, timing, and the expected results. All problems, failures, or lack of information must be communicated to the client in time
  • To ensure strict observance of the vehicle management process of the Volkswagen Group
  • To document the performed activities in standard formats or systems, in the form of test results, pictures, videos, or any other means specified in the Work Order
  • To solve failures and faults in powertrain testing on vehicles though the resources available in other workshops or areas
  Requirement：
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electric/Electronic, or related areas
  • At least 3 years work experience in NEV E-range/consumption/calibration field. Familiar with GB standard such as GB18385, GBT18352.6,GBT18386.1
  • Familiar with the testing facilities (AVL/Horiba chassis dynamometer) and relevant tools such as CANape/CANoe/Datalogger
  • Familiar with the powertrain system and components
  • Electric vehicle high voltage operation certificate (EFFT, EFK) is a plus
  • Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in relevant topics in theory and practice
  • Team working and good analytical skills
  • Good technical communication skills in English (written and spoken), German language is a plus
