  • Your Responsibilities:

    Develop strategic C&B concepts and solutions for 100% Tech Co.

    Develop strategic C&B concepts and solutions to address current and future business needs based on C&B strategy and philosophy;
    Specify the concepts and solutions to specific C&B projects, timeline, involved parties, milestone and deliverables;
    Support Head of C&B to steering the concepts and plans to 100% Tech Co.


    Participate and support to Lead strategic C&B projects (both external and internal projects) for 100% Tech Co.

    Specify responsible project plan (project scope, timeline, involved parties, milestone and deliverables) based on C&B concepts and plans.
    Support Head of C&B to draft reports to present project solutions to Top Management in HR Committee or BoM meetings;
    Implement project solutions after decision from HR Committee or BoM meetings.


    Support Head of C&B to develop Total Rewards strategy for 100% Tech.Co

    Analyze the C&B requirements from BUs, identify the challenges and opportunities in Auto Industry, new business field and labor market and conclude the implication to C&B;
    Conduct gap analysis based on “Is” analysis and “To be” analysis according to the regular internal vs. external analysis to ensure the Total Rewards strategy effectiveness and competitiveness;
    Support Head of C&B to communicate C&B strategy and philosophy to Top Management.


    Participate in annual Merit Increase and variable Bonus plan process

    Prepare the annual compensation benchmarking report;
    Update salary table according to the approved proposal
    Track the budget usage and ensure its under control.


    Participate and support to lead the Benefits plan reviewing and development as well as establishing new Benefits plan

    Lead Benefits related projects with plan design, costs analysis, market competitive positioning, communication, plan enrollment and etc.;
    Work with Benefits providers to optimize Benefits program results and report to head of C&B
    Responsible for effective communications and promotion of Benefits programs, initiatives and events and distribute general information to all employees. Provide prompt and accurate answers to Benefits questions.


    Lead Benefits Plan on-going Administration

    Benefits daily operations and management, as well as Benefits annual review process;
    Work with vendors on payment processes, and solve any problems during the payment cycle;
    Responsible for manage the vendors performance, develop and proactively maintain positive work relations with suppliers;
    Responsible for employee’s daily FAQ and Handling the complaints between employees and vendors.

    Provide guidance, training and consultation for other team members or other HR colleagues

任职要求

  • Our Requirements:

    Education:

    University Degree and above, major in Human Resources or other Business Administration related.

    Professional Experience:

    Minimum 8 years C&B working experience in MNC preferably with automotive industry background;
    Compensation and Benefits project management experience;
    Good communication competency in terms of Total Rewards awareness.

    Personal Skills:

    Must be hands-on with high level of professional skills, independently working in a demanding, fast-pace environment;
    Strong Benefits knowledge on China social insurance as well as the supplemental benefits practices in local market;
    Strong analytical, problem solving skills, ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyze data;
    Good communication and problem solving skills;
    Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP;
    High degree of English language fluency.
